Being vocal on what you are passionate about can be scary and exciting at the same time. BUT the best part about being vocal is that it can bring change…. for you, and those around you.
Four years ago, I was able to use my voice through Cheddar News and my book to help bring awareness to the topic of workplace discrimination. I consider the date this aired, October 18th, 2017, my new professional START date. From this moment forward, Corporate America was in my rearview mirror, and I was dedicated to coaching others to find their voice and confidence so they too can achieve their desire for professional reinvention.
I’m so thankful for all the support from friends and family, as well as the many wonderful clients I’ve been able to work with over the years. They’ve challenged me to become a better coach and a better person. Supporting other women around me is what I’m passionate about, and I’m so thankful that I get to do it for my job.
